Swedish- Relaxes tense muscles while promoting circulation, oxygen flow to the body, and relaxation.

Sports/Athletic- Concentrates on the muscle rehabilitation and rejuvenation by releasing the build up of lactic acid, one of the main causes of muscle tension. This innovative  therapy  allows the body to maximize it's natural ability to regenerate  after a workout or sporting event. Many athletes use this as part of their regular conditioning program.

Deep Tissue-Focuses on regenerating the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.  This therapy is especially beneficial to the chronically tense.  The benefits are the same as Swedish, however, deeper muscles are reached. The ultimate invigorating experience.

Pre-Natal- The ultimate experience for the mom-to-be. This therapy relaxes tired muscles, promotes circulation, and helps with sciatic pain. Great gift for that special pregnant woman.
